Ingredients :

  • 60 ml Peruvian Pisco

  • 30 ml fresh lime juice

  • 20 ml cane sugar syrup

  • 1 egg white

  • A few drops of cinnamon bitters (optional)

  • Ice cubes

  • Lime slices for decoration

Instructions :

  1. Pour the Pisco, lime juice, cane sugar syrup and egg white into a cocktail shaker.

  2. Add a few ice cubes to the shaker.

  3. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to mix the ingredients and create a light froth.

  4. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve into a cocktail glass to remove the ice cubes and chunks of ice.

  5. If you wish, add a few drops of cinnamon bitters to the foam for decoration.

  6. Garnish the rim of the glass with a slice of lime and serve immediately.
